I think you're too close. Try zooming out a little and move the light source.
I know what you are looking for, but I'm not seeing it in these images.
It is a very light RPM which would be difficult to see, and may have faded even more in later die states.

The op thinks it is a misplaced mint mark not an RPM. I checked Wexler site and it only goes to 1982 for RPM's.I do not think it is an RPM or a misplaced mint mark.

Actually Wexler lists this type of rpm in the "1970 to 1989 'Best of'" list. You can find it at the end of this link: http://doubleddie.com/310201.html

Thank you SeekerxofxTruth for the link. I went to his site and clicked on RPM list and it did not have any past 1982.

Looks like a die flow field. If this was a RPM, then it would be raised above the field. If the die flow was not there, this thread would not of happened. Just VLDS die.

I see all kinds of things...you will at that high of mag, see every single small flaw in die or planchet surfaces, do that to any metal surface, even the "smoothest" like a sharpen blade, and you will see just how rough that edge is.

Yeah that's what I am worried I'm doing here. Those lines that turn 90 degrees lining up with the curved scratch are tricky. But I can make a lot of shapes to.
The issue I have with the zoom is I'm only using my phone camera with a clip on macro lens. So I can take blurry pics zoomed out. Or hyper focused pics close up.
