to CCF. Does not look wizzed to me. It looks improperly cleaned,like someone used mayo or ketchup on it. That kind of cleaning make it look like your coin. Value one cent or copper value.

It reminds of what a cent looks like when it meets a pencil eraser.

Cleaned, for sure. For me it is still a Wheat cent to be kept, not spent. A potential pocket piece.
