To satisfy yourself if the wing tip area shows evidence of wear or not, closely examine this area with a powerful loupe, looking for mint luster.

If there is no mint luster in this area, but is easily found elsewhere, it has to be (localized?) wear.

I think I see a small amount of wear above Liberty's ear. Same thing as in paragraph 1 above applies.

Grade accordingly.

Why does the first obverse image show the coin out of a holder but all the other images show it in a holder? I was going to suggest taking it out of the 2x2 to get a better look at it but...?

The reverse displays normal luster/surfaces of a Mint State piece.

The coin looks "out of round" in some of the photos.

I would like to see a picture of the wing tip area, I don't see how it would be MS if it is rubbed like it seems it is in the only picture provided.

It looks like there IS some mint luster in the wing tip area, but it's not as strong as in the nearby areas.
