Clear the cookies in your browser and try again. If that doesn't work, try another browser.

I would start by clearing cookies. Or trying in a different browser.

Sorry dude, but I'm not having this problem at all.

Watch for a window that opens BEHIND every other open file.

Could be a pop-up blocker or like moxking said it's popping up behind another window.
Did you install any new software of browser addons around the time it started?

I'm with the others: Do you have a pop-up blocker enabled?

Quote: Watch for a window that opens BEHIND every other open file. I was just thinking of this. Once you click the Upload button, immediately minimize the page and check for an Upload window.

No new software or add-ons. Have signed off, shut down, started over several times with no other files open. Cookies cleared. Cannot access pic file, just endlessly returned to Reply screen. Last uploaded a pic successfully about 3 days ago.

Have you tried another web browser?

Tried that as well. I'm not very tech savvy, so unsure of what to do next. Really frustrating, got some good stuff to show. I'll stay involved even if I can't post pics, don't worry.

There is an extremely high probability something is blocking the popup.

Check your list of installed programs and antivirus. Do you have a pop up blocker installed, or enabled in your AV?

Thanks everyone. I'm having my wife's tech guy over tomorrow to have a look. I have cleared my cookies, tried two different browsers, and am certain there are no hidden files. What I can't figure out is how this could have simply happened overnight unless it's some kind of virus. I'll get back.

Do you know what day it started?
You could try a system restore to a time before that.

Was just going to suggest a restore to about a week ago or so. It should list anything that was added during the week and that is what needs to be whacked off and removed. I just recently was picked for a ransomware attack. It started acting funny like what you're describing before the temporary virus took effect, took about two days. A system restore fixed it all and then could remove it all.
