Same here. I am interested in notes and have a few Silver Certs and from other places. Have a few old ones, but no european old.

What type are you after:
Modern or Old
State Printed (notgeld) or Federal issue.
East, West or Unified issues
Small or large denomination
Regualr or scarce issues.

I used to have a huge collection but now have downsized, I still have a few that I need to part with.

Let me know what you are after and I should be able to help anyone out.

I seem to be very interested in Notgeld, there is soo much of it, and It is so cheap! I recently bought a bunch in crisp UNC. condition for one canadian dollar each! Ill post some pic's later, I'm not near a scanner right now.

about the germany euro conseccutive number also never seen one even the batch serial number in printing did not see consecutive maybe if you new someone who work in a bank in euro countries in the cashier or till to inform them if they encounter such note you change for it they are also variation in euro notes on signature also on where they are printed also looking for that here in ireland didnt see one even the conseccutive number of batch number maybe if they have new notes in the bank by bundle well share my info there at home in philippines she said she got one uncut 500 peso bill and 5 arrovo bill found in bank she is working there so it help anyone who work where the notes and coins go it is good to inform them if they have found one

Do the euro notes have something on them to signify were the were printed or which country they represent or are they generic just to the particapting countries

yes there is one of the website https://www.euro-collector.com there is a info on what letter the serial number will start and what country,and what printing and country it was made but I do not know if it is updated or the start of the serial number in euro have change or not

they are all different amounts Kid and from many different countries Most famous of course being germany and Austria but with out looking in my notegeld book I would say maybe 60+ other countries

roughly forom the 19 teens to the late 20's I think usually common around 1923 time frame or post WW I to pre WW II is a better example..

well, I'm back from Germany and I brought back a whole heap of Euros and cents. funnily enough, though, I have euros from several different countries but none from germany. but I found some marks and pfennigs.
