It is either a plating issue or damage. Either way, there's no extra value in it. I believe the '99 was already described correctly. The '83 ear is raised metal, curved or hooked and the dot. The only reference I found during research was a type of mad clash. I will send the '99 reverse pic in a few Report this Post to the Staff
