If you run into these at a local coin show in BU, but what you can if they don't realize they are in short supply in higher graded. (They didn't make mint sets those two years. (Well they did, but you could only buy them at each mint. "D" you had to buy the Denver ones ffrom that location. Philly ones you had to buy at the Philly mint in 1982 & 83)

Yea, Meow cant find the pair in very good condition for a reasonable price. Meow could get graded, but the rest of Meow's set isn't, so...........

Does Meow know there are two coin shows in Meow's burg coming up? One in Septempurr and one in Decempurr?

As long as Meow keeps her tail high and looks where she is walking, she should be OK.

Meow gets scared just thinking about it. Meow has contemplated going before, but just could not do it.

Watch on ebay. You might get a better price if they don't realize it is a harder find for those years in BU. Try a search there for each year (each one separate) and put BU in the search. Look, then save the search and if any come up, they will send you a note. I would also add BIN (Buy-It-Now) So if the price is right buy it then before any bidding happens on it. (check the auction for images and make sure before you bid. Forget the :

Snag it if it is priced too to low. (Normal BU price). If you can afford it, buy as many BU ones as you can get. That will be a long shot in the future for new collectors needing that year also. Search for OBW rolls also for that year also. (All business strike mints)

Thanks. Meow is still working on the clad sets. Did you all see the really neatly toned quarters Meow bought?
Two 1969 quarters toned the same way. Meow calls them flying eyeball quarters.

Natural toning in mint set cello. Meow Catsonally cut it out and put it in a holder. Meow bought the 2 quarters just for the toning. Notice the swirling follows either metal impurities, or the some magnetic field in relation to the devices. Not just totally random. Meow really likes them.

Looks more like a drawing to me. Look below the 'Y'? There is a face drawn there.

Oh yea, but its not smiling. But considering its natural toning, Meow thinks they are really neat.
