It does seem to me, don't get me wrong and but it feels wrong to open it after so many years left like this. Thirty years it's been in this roll. Would it loose any value opening it. Say there notHong in it.

This thread brings back some good memories because that was my first bank. A couple of my high school friends were tellers at the local branch - I'm actually still in touch with them today. I was so upset when BofA bought them out as my family had a very bad experience with them before I was born. I ended up closing my account 10 days prior to the merger going through, and wouldn't you know it, BofA sent me a batch of checks anyways! I had already moved my money to Washington Mutual by then.

I still have a few rolls of my coins in the old Security Pacific Bank wrappers... my very early Coin Roll Hunting (small scale searching for halves, nickels, and cents).
