Pics do not show enough detail...looks MS with the black oxidation (I don't like) but I'll say AU58.

1920 P has large mintage figure, and most are well struck.

This one lack eye appeal, I think it would grade MS-62.

Pretty much how I see it, don't think The tarnish should affect the numerical grade, but the price it sells for would probably be discounted from other examples.
