The Lighthouse pages arrived this morning. Their design is very much like the ones for the slabs -- clamshell opening, snap shut. The binder is the "Giant Grande", and it holds 8 of these pages (total 160 rounds, 20 per page) comfortably. This also means it can get quite heavy. The stiff plastic pages do bend a bit from the weight but they're not going to tear. The capsules go into the holes very easily -- they're not a snug fit at all like in the cardboard album I posted earlier. They may shift around a little as you're flipping pages but they're unlikely to rotate. This also makes it easier to move them around if you want to insert a new one into the run. Because the pages are clear plastic, the pieces are also a little harder to see/appreciate, but for larger sets it can be nicer to get them all on one page. If you have a larger collection, this seems a good way to view/display them. For quality of the pages, I still kinda like the smaller one better, but it's just not big enough. I filled up two of them pretty quickly. The Lighthouse album wins for the design and sturdiness of the album itself. The pages are a little flimsy but the better choice for a collection large enough to require something of this size.

Wow thanks for sharing, they look excellent in that display. Nice Zombucks and Trump coins. I recently just found out that Dansco makes pages for holes by millimeter, I may go that route, but your binder looks excellent as well!

At one point in time, I got a custom Dansco album for my world coins. It looked really nice with the different types. I got different mm pages based on what fit. http://goccf.com/t/268961

I am loving your Encap solution. I did something similar but I based on the Encap/Quadrum system from Lighthouse so each page has 20 2x2 slots. The advantage here is that I keep the bullion by year and the different coins have sizes ranging from 37mm through 41mm ( ASE) The Quadrum system allows me to mix different issuers on the same page. I presume you could use cardboard 2x2 flips if you wanted in place of the quadrum. I will post a pic later in the day.

I stumbled across a post this morning from several years ago about a guy who got a custom Australia Kookaburra folder done. That seems to be the best way to go if all your other folders are Danscos.

I really like how the black makes the silver pop! That's something I'm missing in my more-or-less transparent capsule pages, and I'm too lazy to make any inserts.

Quadrum intercepts in Lighthouse trays. This is the five tray case, so 5X20 for a total of 100 1oz coins. Bad phone pics, but you get the idea.
