OldJoeClark, super nice find and congratulations! I remember finding my most recent Cud in very late October to very early November of this year. You can find it on COC's here, since JC listed it for me, after sending him the pictures, in a private email. http://cuds-on-coins.com/lincoln-ce...s-1980-1989/Errers and Varietys.

That's one hulking atheist coin! Super Cud and a new one to boot. These get a good premium for the big Cud, a bit extra for the plate coin status, and even another little boost because even non-cud collectors will pay up for an atheist coin. On the right day that's a fifty dollar Lincoln, something you don't find very often. |
