Enough damage to downgrade it for me. I'm hard pressed to say 58/60.

It could just be the picture but while I see shine I see no actual mint luster. In my opinion, AU details cleaned (whizzed)/

OK, maybe not a 64 (more like 62 maybe 63) but not whizzed. I had to switch cameras on this one.

Yes - same coin, same light source - different cameras. Top pictures with a 16MP camera, second set of pictures with my old 5MP.

That grading company and a sordid but interesting past. I would crack it out to inspect and wouldn't trust the grade on that holder.
