Note the missing and weak letters? They were struck through a Grease Filled Die. The first to almost totally block, the 'E' not quite as much. So it was grease that was spread into the devices.  |

They were fully struck, its just that the grease in the dies was preventing the full strike up of the devices.

on this coin looks like you cleaned up liberty , should coins that have that look be cleaned?  |

The area in question maybe lighter because of the lighting? Note the full image doesn't show it lighter on that area.

i do a lot of coin roll hunting and I mean a lot. thats how I ran across this penny chase007.
