Well it is a Zincoln. It is a close 'AM', so it is a 1993-2008 cent. That is about as close as I can get. All the other ID's are on the missing area.

I had the same thoughts on how to narrow down the year but my other thought was there might be many more like this that were struck the exact same way. And therefore there might be other people who have seen this other Pennies from this batch. Or with this just happened one time exclusively

I guess I'm wishing the miss would've been on the other side so I could've gotten the year and the mint. But at the same time that's what's awesome about coins, you never know what you're going to get and how you're going to get it.
