The images provided portray a solid 65+ shot 66, with a semi-prooflike reverse (although it is impossible to measure mirror depth from an image). Well struck with that unmistakable early S mint luster. Nice coin.
The cac sticker means solid to exceptional for the grade.

Might be a small tad overgraded, but this coin is an attractive example of MS-66 :)

The "W" Sticker had me at a loss too, I googled the heck out of it and all I could find was a reference to a guy named Bob Paul, supposedly some big time grader or something of that nature, but it is not mainstream as far as I can tell.

Maybe someone more knowledgeable can speak to it.

I think the sticker means W for white. Meaning blastwhite.

Ding, ding - Winner, winner, chicken dinner!

Super nice coin farrider11 I see a lot of Morgan's with a lot more PL on the reverse, I suppose since the devices are so much larger on the obverse they didn't need to polish the obverse dies as much. I think the reverse is an easy PL but that obverse must carry the PL grade and this example doesn't, it's got great looking luster and probably why the + designation.

The W sticker is from a company called Sight White, owned by Bob Paul. Nothing to do with actual grade, just confirming that the piece is devoid of toning and carbon spots. It sure doesn't carry the weight of CAC or Rick Snows' Eagle Eye stickers.
The coin that you purchased must be gorgeous in hand, better than the images portray. I put a lot of weight into the cac sticker, your coin could easily be in a 67 holder (although it would be low end and not cac). You got the best of both worlds.
For those that insist that it is overgraded, I'll take JA's in hand opinion to the bank every single time.
Again, sweet coin!
