About 80% of the fakes I have come across have a 'pasty' appearance.
Sometimes a bit difficult to see this in fake seller's photographs on ebay.

That's one laughable fake! I could tell just by looking at it. I didn't even need a comparison to tell. Anyways, the listings have been taken down from ebay, since the links I clicked on resulted in errors.

Don't worry, ebay is a dumping ground for these. An unlimited supply with a seemingly unlimited number of sellers. It's amazing that many of them magically appear in grandpa's attic or an old safe, or ...
