The center of the mintmark is where you need to see if the OMM (Over Mint Mark is the same) See my past image for a real closeup view. If it is in the center of the 'O' like that and the location is the same as the coin I posted, then you have a match.

The picture is way too blurry and pixilated to tell. You are going to need much better camera equipment, if you want to get a good clear picture of the mintmark.
Errers and Varietys.

It will come with time. Hang out here and check previous threads on how to get better images.

to CCF @Rabbit13. Looking at the background in your images I have to wonder if you are too close for your camera to focus. Try backing up a bit and crop the excess background from the images if need be.

Sorry, you will need to give us much sharper and larger close-up pics of areas that interest you for us to help.

The location of the mint mark doesn't look like a match. (But looks real close) When you get better images, post them here and I'll try to do an overlay to check for location matches of the mintmarks. Keep practicing. You will eventually get it. Some take images through an Mag-glass or a loupe.

I was able to use your previous image to make a side by side. Take a look above. The location does look like a match.

But the surfaces of the coin look like they have been severely messed with. Definitely not gradable except possibly as a details coin so the value does not justify slabbing.
