Thanks T-Bop. As you can tell, I am not a grader so I think I will stick with varieties, but this was a nice enough coin for me to pick up. Any opinions on grade?

The strike and die state are average for a 1936, which is one of the better struck dates in the series.

Obverse: average EF wear on the braid, knot, hair at the cheek, eyebrow, and long feathers, stronger than average LIBERTY and date.

Reverse: full horn, with the tip weak but distinct, tail full but split becoming indistinct, eye and beard detailed, over half of the hair on the buffalo's head and back visible, some details on front left leg, all lettering strong and distinct.

Obverse EF-45, Reverse AU-50, blended grade EF-45.

Like you, I'd snag all the EF/AU buffs I could find all day long for 75 cents each.

I can't quite get to AU based on the bison's upper arm and shoulder and the Indian's cheek. XF-45
