Is the one that states "COPY" silver plated? If not, why does it say "COPY"?

Whoo! There is certainly a lot to choose from. Howewver most of the designs are mediocre, compared to nickels (or $ 50 gold). I particularly like the reverse proof effect of RCM blood gold - Asahi Do you have any favorite?

This post of your collection of Buffalo Rounds has been very helpful. I have recently acquired some Buffalo Rounds from different mints (Highland, Monarch, and Golden State) and it was quite reassuring to find exact matches to your collection. There are some of my Golden State Mint rounds that I am still wondering about. Notice that the font for the .999 is different than what you have and what I have noticed elsewhere too. I have seen this font used on their 1/2 oz and smaller rounds, but not on their 1 oz. What do you think?

Welcome happyhills. Your round looks fine to me. Don't worry about lettering types which have no standard on these pieces.
If it weighs 1 troy ounce you are good to go.

HappyHippo did you ever find out more about the USBR #4 Obverse (has "L" mint mark)? I've got one of those and am really curious what it's all about.

There are counterfeits of the HM rounds. Here is a comparison for the 2015 dated round.

I believe the variety that has an "L" mintmark is from Liberty Mint in Utah. It is no longer in business.
