When you "snap" the photo are you using the button on the camera or on the computer screen? Close ups look a bit blurry.

Sarge50 I don't use the buttons on it (they never worked ) cheap as I said ,there is a roll knob on the front ,for the zoom , and a take pic square in the upper corner on the computer screen. the stand (small one came with micro (JUNK)) was a hobby set up thing I got a long time ago, but had a pinch clip I toke off ,and added the clip from the micro to. it has a light control knob on the usb cord that controls the light ,works better somedays then others (sunlight) just have to play with it a little. good luck and happy hunting

Ok John1.....late at night, desk lamp, vision shot, have my reader cheaters on but dirty, wife naggin because I haven't moved from my pile of pennies in days and dirty dishes are piling up, and I'm shootin' pictures through a 1 cent size magnifier on the handle of my big magnifier with an iPhone......Wait till the other half hears I need a Better camera and soft light to take pictures of my coins, Bette start packin'........PACKIN MY COINS, she can keep the house, jajajajajajaja!
