I see a 64rb with uninterrupted luster. Because the luster is intact throughout I don't believe it is cleaned. Strike is weak at the shield and laurel leaves immediately to the right of the shield. Strike is also weak in the first three feathers of the headdress, but again, the luster is uninterrupted so I do not think it is rubbed. Color could be more uniform, but that is normal as copper oxidizes differently depending on its environment. I actually like the non-uniform color in this case.
