Keep trying, your getting better every new shot. Try to focus on the fields and get that clear. The the tops of the devices will be a lot better. When you focus on the tops of the devices, the images tend to look blurry. Here is a larger image of the RPM-001

What are you using? Some use a magnifying glass, loupe, microscope and other things in between.

50X is way over kill. Well keep it safe until you can get a better image. It might be a RPM-001?
