I've never actually seen one graded before. I searched ebay and saw two sets that sold for $895 each, which is $805 more than the price guide listing.

Now on the serious note:You have them in the packages? So how from the long term perspective they valued - keep the same level all the time, or each sale case-by-case (depends on circumstances)?

@JGG: I could be wrong, but what I believe yingyang is trying to illustrate is that in 2012 he purchased 14 of the 2007 Wedding sets FROM Canadian Coin & Currency for $89.95 each (the RCM issue price for the set). He has since sold each of them for a price between $700 and $1,400 - quite a nice profit per set!

I offered $700 and the answer was no. Now that I can't have one, I really really want one. I'm going to sleep on it tonight.

Low mintage and a near perfect grade.....A $900 asking price is not unrealistic. However, you can most likely purchase the whole set for that price. I know a dealer that has the boxed set for sale for similar pricing. Or, if you are not in a hurry to purchase, be patient and keep looking . This coin, despite its low mintage, does come up for sale periodically.
