There is no reason why these bullion pieces should not grade MS-67 straight from the mint , this coin appears well struck and clean I do not see anything that would degrade it below the norm of 67 and probably would grade higher 68 or 69 in an NGC slab PCGS gives 69 frequently but NGC gives more 70 grades on this particular bullion type .

my grade would be MS 68 perhaps 69

I am not any good at grading, but I think I can see a thumbprint and a spot of toning about 2 o clock on the reverse. Would this affect the MS grades everyone is giving the coin? Hopefully I'm just seeing shadow from the lighting.

Hi Elle

I don't see a finger print but I do see the toning which has started there .

I'll go with MS68-69 too. Clear fields and no visible bagmarks.

It's definately Choice.
By todays grading standards (which are lower than they used to be)
It may go 69. Need to also examine the reeding. That has to be
immaculate if to be even a 69. I'll get boo hooed here but, 70 (in reality perfection) is thrown around a little too often I think.
But hey, if the TPG's give it a high grade then ? Better for the owner. I say MS-68 rock solid
