nicely struck and everything looks good but I'm in the boat with everyone. not sure about color on this one. I don't think it was cleaned so I'm at MS65 with a good shot at 66 if everything checks out

I don't think it is a scratch. I think it is part of a die clash. MS-65 not sure of color though

Quote: Kanga and IGE , I don't see anything under the headband . I'm talking about a scratch on reverse under CENT . T-Bop, I am talking about the line under Cent, it's part of the die clash and not a scratch.

My question was for on the Reverse , is that a scratch under the word CENT ? A clash occurs when an obverse die inadvertently strikes the reverse die and elements of the obverse design are transferred to the reverse die and thus to the reverse of the coin and vice-versa.

65 RB IMO but I'm also unsure if the colour is original, if it is it's a beauty!

If you look closely you can see the upside down nose of the Indian in front of the O in one and C in cent

i can see almost the entire profile of the indian head in the reverse. left oh the O you can see the lips of the indian head northwest of the O in ONE you can see the chin, jawline and part of the neck. added a couple of pics to illustrate.

Disappointed with this one as well. Color is light orange and the surfaces are flat and lusterless.

I agree about their coins there is always some little nagging issue like: cleaned, scratched, dinged, burnt, whizzed, did I say cleaned? or how about that "something's not right dang it" feeling. Entitled to moan- figured out after my 5th Indian cent from them that for me they aint that great.Numis I now stick to those RB Indians, I'm paranoid of any full red without a CAC bean. Your coin is in immaculate shape why would anyone think they could doctor it and it not come back and bite them. I feel for ya- been there more than once.
