I would give you $50 for it Nice coin but way over my price range. Still looks more Nickel than bronze. The white balance on the camera is off.

I'm going to shoot it in hand when it comes in. Those guys at eagle eye say they will buy back any coin they sealed, going to find out if there on the level lol.

I'm not a big penny collector, I just saw it and snagged it.

The price was too low.

This coin would concern me because it looks like a copper nickel. See below:

If it was Bronze RB this is what I would expect it to look like.

These cost slightly more than $50

I dunno, thats why I don't collect them much, I don't know them well, but I figure if PCGS slabbed it, eagle eye sealed it and virtually no population exists, it was a safe bet.

Until you get the coin and take better pictures, I'm going to say that the coin type is not correct. And if the coin type is incorrect the grade is not trustworthy. Look it's a nice coin, but the current pictures make me suspicious.

Coin is unquestionably BR as verified by PCGS. Cannot be CN, please study die markers.

So I went to Eagle Eye's website and the color balance is OFF for all their IHC's. Looking at this particular example:

This is the true color of the IHC you purchased:

This is the correct color for a Red Brown/Bronze IHC. Considering the prices that Eagle Eye charges I would expect a better representation of what the coins look like. Based on the above picture, I agree that the coin is bronze. If the color is the same when you get it, I would expect a nice coin!

I posted that pic earlier, that's what I was expecting. Coin photography is a science or maybe even an art. I know because I suck at it :)

Coin photography is not that hard if you have the right equipment. And as a collector it isn't up to us to excel at it but as a business Eagle Eye should at least get the color right. It's not that hard.

You got a fake Kennedy there, he has a bronze circle around his head. I say it's Bronze

That's fine he only cost me like $10, I can let it go

I'm not saying you made a bad purchase, heck it looks like a nice/beautiful coin, but to spend that much money I would be super careful. The pictures at eagle eye would give ME pause. They don't look right. I also wouldn't spend that much so I'm overly critical. In the end it gives me a good feeling with what I buy (hence I never ask for opinions on here, as I buy what I feel comfortable. And in the rare case I'm concerned about authenticity, I have a few friends I can reach out to). I like your coin and it looks really nice but the color eagle eye posted are not correct and when you get it I hope you like it as it won't look like posted.

Best I could do with the pictures, like I said not my forte.

Any scratches you see on this coin are on the slab, it is in ROUGH shape.

This baby been around the block a few times, probably re slab it.

@hfjacinto It is my greatest hope in life, that this meets with your approval for a legit bronze coin. LOL
