Looks genuine, no visible wear, slightly muted luster, no obvious problems, good eye appeal. AU-58 seems about right.

Strange indeed - different photos of the same coin so not a case of a stolen photo. And seems you got a great deal!! EDIT: After a bit of thought - how's this for a theory - They bought the coin from the first seller (who doesn't state the coin was cleaned) and when they got it complained to the seller and instead of returning they agreed on a partial refund. The buyer then didn't want a cleaned coin then sold it BIN and made a profit over the entire 2 transactions? Well at least it sounds good in theory
