I'd say MS66 very possibly PL . Hit to the chin is distracting for me.
Guessing PCGS said MS67.

My guess is that the photos do not do the coin justice. I am at 66, and a 67 would surprise me with a CAC sticker. Are you buying the coin or you buying the grade on the plastic? I was doing a NGC Morgan Registry set about 5 or 6 years ago and I was buying the grade on the plastic to get more points. The end result was that I was spending more money than I should.

I think the scratch on the chin is on the case, I cant see it grading this high with a CAC bean if it's on the coin.
When I get it in hand Ill post some new pics.

Pictures in hand..... The reason you cant get a decent shot of the coin is it is SO reflective. Half tempted to send this one in for a reconsider on PL designation.

Nice coin! The pictures make me believe the obverse devices are not frosty enough to get a PL. The reverse looks great.

obverse looks more PL in sellers pics, but good luck on the reconsideration. Nice piece! I'm sure the pics aren't doing it justice, glad that chin hit is on the holder

I've already got that 1895 in for reconsideration, see how my luck does on that one, should be done this week. I like to test the current water, especially with a new CEO.
