Thanks folks! I love it and glad others appreciate the humor in this coin. Sometimes the shoe fits...
Here the bats are all sleeping for the winter, but next week I should get a chance to see a few of my friends as I have a couple cave and mine bat counts coming up. Finally some interesting winter field work!

Coop, I'd stick with the top left one. I do have a lot of Batman stuff, but prefer real bats when possible and that image is taken from an actual coin with a real bat image.
Speaking of bats, I caught a few small-footed bats (Myotis leibii) tonight. I think coin folks can understand just how small these bats are, as they ranged from 4.0 to 4.4 grams. Not exactly giant beasties out to get you when they weigh less than a nickel.
Sent a PM about roll of bat counterstamps as that would be nifty to put in the bat collection.

I still get a chuckle with your variety designation each time I see this thread.  Very appropriate. Words of encouragement are one of the major food groups.
We need to consume them regularly to thrive and grow.
