Today's coin machine reject tray haul: Mainly coins from India and Thailand. There's a 1952 Australian penny in there too.

Found this in reject tray when I finished depositing money. Think it's a 1982 taiwan 5 Yuan coin.

A fistful of dollars: Today's reject tray haul comes in at a record $25.20 Beats me how people: 1. Don't know exactly how much they are depositing 2. Walk away without checking the reject tray.

Found these the other day in the reject tray of a Suncorp coin deposit machine. I believe the Japanese 500 yen is the highest value circulation coin in the world (as opposed to highest denomination) . 500 yen = AUD$5.29 edit: It seems the Japanese yen has taken a dive lately and the Swiss 5 franc (AUD$8.73) is currently the highest value world coin in circulation at the moment.

Do not know if there is a record for reject finds as I found $75.80 in tray today, mostly $2 & $1 coins.

I think that if you overload coin hopper when it's nearly full for some reason it rejects minutes after they get statement and card. Well this is my theory on it with amounts like $75.80
