A tiny but obvious amount of wear on the high points of the design, both sides. No obviously large dings or scratches.
Even patina, and an eye pleasing example.

AU53 The only thing that would get me off the coin at the right price are the white spots under hand and near star.

This looks au58 to me and nicer that 95% of Trade dollars I see in this grade range.

So this grade is raw and seller thinks it's about MS-62 and prooflike . Which I question both. Prooflike Trade dollars are super rare . I think it's AU-55 to 58 but they say unc. Maybe the lighting is making it look like rub ? I don't know. I like this coin but they want MS-62 to 63 money .

Tell the seller to get it certified if he thinks it is MS. (It's not proof like)
It's too high value of a coin to buy raw.

If it is genuine, I see some flatness on the obverse hair above the ear, left breast and the left leg. I couldn't call this MS. Considering the amount of counterfeits with this series, I would caution to purchase certified examples only unless you really know your stuff with these. I got burned with a counterfeit some 30 years ago because I didn't know any better then.

No I did not buy it. I liked the look of it but did not think it was uncirculated and do not think its prooflike .
