These silver coins had the portrait at the bottom of the coin and a short Latin Inscription. South Africa ditched her Majesty on the coins in 1960.

East Caribbean 2 cents, like all the colonies in this early era, they used a crowned portrait of Her Majesty just to let the natives know who was boss.
