Yep, I reconsider. This is definitely a proof, missed that the first time. Not a bad color for a proof, and the PL quality doesn't show a lot of luster, like how a business strike should be.
This piece is original, I think this a PF-63.

TruView definitely helps see the color. Anytime I see neon blue to purple like that, I get suspicious of the color. TruView does make it have really nice eye appeal though. I will say either PF Unc Details - Color or PF63

This was graded: "PR genuine UNC details questionable color". Unfortunately It does look like the coin has been ATd, but in my opinion it was tastefully done and is still a very attractive coin. If there was another problem that the color is hiding I cant tell, and I imagine PCGS would have denoted it as such rather than just QC. I paid $2600 for this coin which is about inline with other UNC detail proof Seated dollars, and I think this details moniker is way better than almost any other. I was prepared to pay significantly more than I did.
