Solid coin, I think it comes in at VF-35. Diamonds look like they have too much wear on them for XF IMO.

Too much wear on the diamonds for a XF, VF-30.

I'm in at EF-40...though I understand why some would say VF-35.

This one finally arrived. Looks like it has some strike issues on the obverse. The coin still has subdued luster and the reverse looks like it came from a different coin, it's razor sharp. Color is real close to what these photos depict. How do we grade it?

With in hand photos I'll stick my neck out with net EF-48 . The obverse has to be wear so an MS call is out the door .

Sticking with EF-40, especially given the wear on the edges of the ribbon as it crosses the hair. A case could be made for VF-35.

Looks like the lower hair curl merges with the ribbon without separation. If this is the case it can be no higher than VF.

the overall coin has the sharpness of an XF coin regardless of the diamonds which I think is from some light weakness in strike as everything else is too sharp to warrant a VF grade. I'm still at XF40
