As David Lisot would ask..
What kind of value?

Congrats on getting this one figured out. Curiosity and knowledge are great things. Now you have more of both. (It sounds like we "unsolicited" members of the original thread may have helped you in your quest after all by giving you the drive to prove us wrong. LOL) Having the coin in hand puts you at a distinct advantage. There's nothing wrong with going back to the original thread to question any replies, add images, or answer questions. (BTW- Are you as open to receiving blunt replies as you are in administering them? In the future please mention the members you would like to receive replies from so we will know which members you are soliciting.) ps. I take it all back. As I'm reviewing your original thread I see you posed no questions so you must have already known the particulars about this variety. You didn't mention the variety in the title or anywhere in the body of the thread which is what threw me off. I'll refrain from adding insight and just congratulate you on an excellent find from now on if I see no question marks. pss. You sound a little angry about this one and so you know, I'm just being sarcastic and authentic in part of my reply. I really do hope you post more finds. Be sure to add clear closeups of the areas in question, if there is a question.

Alright, you are not offended. My bad. It took you time to respond to some of the comments. There was no harm intended by those who commented. That is a cool cent.

I too read many of the comments here, not all. I'm seriously expanding my ability to recognize errors, varieties and one offs. This in a great degree to to the incredible wealth of knowledge of many of the expert posters here. I acknowledge there is some frustration and this thread has been cathartic and allowed me to vent.
Think I made my point and I'm done beating my dead horse.
Thanks for listening, understanding and responding.

Sorry for answering on this pretty late. Let start by pointing out. I am no expert (far far ) from it. I'm not sure if I missed something. If I would have answered back on 8/12/2022. I probably would've asked. Why Bay 5 was circled besides the ones around the (Die Chips?) That's all I got from the pictures. Nothing was pointed out just circles. Pictures were clearer than this.

OH, OH, OH. what a moralist here. Sorry NY but you made me thing at the Louis Hypolite Lafontaine fibula "The moralist Wolf". Please read what the philosopher author wrote after the end: "The wolf change the hairs, but never his character."
Now to your remarks about experts: Here they are behind a Nickname. Do not worry about. Second: It is a open forum of expressions. Third: Your coin is far to be ADC-1c-1960D(SD)-35, Events A & B, Stages "B" & "C". Yes you has the Die marker on 6, maybe the RPM (was hundreds for the 1960-D), the U was hit during the circulation so is hard to say will be a marker. Fourth: the clash on Mad is clear from under the E in United which give an perfect 90 deg with the digit 1. Your apparently traces start from under the D which according with the geometry of the coin design will be in angle by rapport of the digit 1. Fifth: You fill it is that clash you mention? Well. Just send to MAD and you will see the answer.
Conclusion: I do my home work like suggested, and my opinion and conclusion is wrote above. Could be a very minor clash which for this year is no more attributed because is no market for.
Good luck on your coins studies and hope to brink us a rarity. I am fun of rarities.
PS: I hope you understand me, because according with your vocabulary you seem not to be an ordinary average culture person, so you can understand between the lines also. Thanks for your time.

I would still like to know what kind of value this coin would bring if it were properly attributed.

With the pictures provided, and all the drawn circles, I stand with my first response. "just a normal 60 usual die chips". I'm glad you researched it to a clash. As Coop posted, 60s were full of chips, so much they remade the dies. You never said what you were looking for, so I commented on your circles. As stated, you have the coin in hand, all we can do is comment on the pictures. That's what I commented on.

Please continue with your blather. I enjoy the froth of nonsensical drivel.

Blather I'll have to look that one up. You posted a coin with a lot of circles, I commented on what I saw. You are the one who is obsessing on a very common die event. I put these coins to the side and keep looking.
