Wow! Gorgeous!
When a pope was reigning, the coat of arms used on the coins was the family arms of the pope, topped by the papal tiara (also called the triregnum) and crossed keys.
During a Sede Vacante, the camerlengo acts as interim head of state, and the arms on the coins are the camerlengo's family arms topped by crossed keys and an umbrella. In this case we see the arms of Cardinal Bartolomeo Pacca.

Quote: the camerlengo's family arms topped by crossed keys and an umbrella With the cardinal's hat under the umbrella and the bird on top, I cannot help seeing a merry-go-round ...

It does look like a merrygoround!
tdziemia: Thanks for that information, I couldn't seem to find anything out about the reverse design.

before you send it weigh it, if it's a little off it might be fake. The B for Bolona seems a little wrong to me. I have handled a few of these coins. Good luck

If authenticity needs to be confirmed, need accurate weight and density. If it was centrifugally pressure die cast, the diameter may be a little less than for genuine.

The coin weighs exactly 13.24 grams and has an exact diameter of 34.1mm measured with vernier calipers which is accurate to others I have compared to so I'm 99% sure it's a genuine.
