Will you be sending it off to be graded?

Since a large portion of the bill is there, you could take it to a bank and maybe even get a nice, crisp one in exchange.

For the curious: the Federal Reserve classifies damaged notes by degree: "unfit", and "mutilated". This note is "unfit": most of it is still there, and you can clearly tell what denomination it is. Unfit notes can be deposited or exchanged one for one at any bank; the bank will send it off to be destroyed. It is getting close, however, to be classified as "mutilated" - one more cycle through the wash should do it. Mutilated notes cannot be redeemed at the local bank; they have to be mailed off to the Bureau of Engraving and Printing to be investigated; a dedicated unit of mutilated currency examiners at the BEP then decide how much money you're entitled to recover. The San Francisco Federal Reserve Bank branch has even put out this slick website outlining the process.

Hahhah @Ynnad that is hilarious. Think you got me beat! TJ's face appears to have been rearranged a few times. Have you been able to decipher what it says?
@Sap That is good info. Wasn't aware how that worked.

Pretty tough bank with under two dozen notes known overall and just a handful of large notes among them. Still, $300 seems like a lot of dough for this one.

What do you guys think of this one? It's a pretty common note. I got it when I bought a collection of assorted stuff. Is there any way to restore it without spending money? What do you think it's worth. I wouldn't guess it's worth more than about five or ten bucks if I could find a buyer.
