Thanks 16609.. The left dot is elongated and the right one is as well , but note as much. I will look at the three sites to see if I can find an attribution.

Proofs are very difficult to grade from pictures but it does look like a very nice one.

The reverse is exquisite --- up in 67/68 territory. Obverse looks PF64. Should net out to at least PF66, maybe CAM.

Very difficult to see with those dark surfaces.

proofs are a nightmare to photograph. if you add more light you'll probably add glare and washout the surfaces. based on these there a couple areas that I'm unsure of. the obv right field appears to have some disturbance. the reverse appears to have a scratch or mark running all the way along the top of PLURIBUS UNUM.

can you confirm these if they are actually there? if they are not then i'll put it at PF66 maybe PF67. tough call on CAM without better photos

Reverse E.PLU doesn't appear to have scratches. Hard to get good phots of obverse field. Thanks for you comments.. I'm gonna keep it as a nice example of a proof.

Sorry..I was responding to "PANZALDI" comments when I posted additional photos. Had no intentions of over riding original photos.

Got it. Even in high grades this proof isn't worth much. But always a good idea to work on your photography skills.

panzaldi... Then Wexler and Vista are wrong when they post attributions for a 1957 proof one cent coin. There are at least 11 indicated. Have I been researching the wrong way all these months? Thanks
