It's increasingly difficult to ascribe values to lowball coins nowadays. Some collectors, a great minority mind you, tend to pay more than "book" value for them; this, particularly if the coin is certified. This phenomenon tends to boil down to bragging rights, it seems, and it's akin to assembling registry sets. It's simply a matter of finding the right buyer.

It's graded by icg I'm guessing nobody would buy that for a registry set, the pictures wouldn't help at all, not good pictures.

The value with a PO1 is low ball registry sets at NGC and PCGS. You may want to consider crossing the coin to PCGS at grade. If the coin goes up in grade a point, it could actually go down in value. The last time I checked, NGC did not accept crossovers from ICG.

looking at the PCGS population report there are 31 PO1 examples with the head of 94, so there are most likely plenty of PO1's for the low ball collectors. There are only 2 PO1's with the head of 95. If you can identify the head as a 95, with a PO1 in a PCGS holder, that could be a nice score.
