Will get some clearer pics and the weight. It does look somewhat like mechanical damage and then it doesn't...
To me it doesn't look sanded down or worn just not hit hard enough but again that's why I am here.

My first thought is it is a Dryer Coin. PMD pretty sure though.

Definitely well worn down but it could not possibly have come from the mint in that condition.

Well your coin is underweight.
it should be 5.7grams nominal
So a sanded down coin is what I think here. but I'll come back for the new better images when they arrive

Yes MUCH better images, thanks, but your diameter measurements seems a teensy bit off - unless you are measuring in Yards or feet.

The actual Diameter should be: 24.3 millimeters

oh yeah, your coins most definitely have been 'reduced' by some sort of mechanical means.. (like sanding)

Im still old school. My calipers aren't even digital but that comes out to 23.99mm.
Thought I may have found something.
