That obverse "scratch" appears raised to me too. Need confirmation there. Either MS-63 if not on coin or Details Scratched.

Weird that I went to look at the coin with a loupe and the mark wasn't there.

It's definitely a nice example, but you can find a PCGS-graded MS-63 1886 Morgan for about $80 pretty easily. Once you factor in grading fees, $51 seems like a fair price.
