To CCF! It's lightly circulated. It would grade somewhere in the AU range.

Given the images posted, I'm thinking AU58. Would be a decent album hole filler until better comes along.

Now that we see the reverse, yes, as John stated - this is a MAD strike..

a coin can be circulated and still be MS. I despise grading these. I see a hit on the forehead and maybe in front of the mouth in the right field. I can't tell there is wear on the coin as the there is too much glare. there appears to be some rub on the reverse on both sides of the motto and I'm not sure whats going on on the obv field from K2-K4. less light would help. don't use overhead light
what are folks seeing here that is certain wear from circulation?
without better photos I'm at AU58 or MS63

I don't see any wear on the high points. A few marks will hold it to MS-65RB.

I suppose you're right. Who can really say on something like this.

Wear is evident on the rims, cheek, memorial columns, steps and fields.

This coin is definitely circulated. You can see rub and light wear, on the high points.

either I have bad eyes or you guys can see through all the glare on both sides to see any type of wear. I called out a couple possible areas but can't rule out MS without better photos
if OP had photos like badthad posted then I can make a more accurate assessment.
