Hey guys wouldn't the red circle be a Cud and the blue circle a LAM issue? On the obverse I agree it's a LAM. Any thoughts Coinnoisseurs?

See JC Stevens reply above. I tend to agree it's a lamination. (JC absolutely knows Cuds) What does the edge look like where both ends terminate? How about an image?
