Congratulations.
I agree with TACC. There aren't many "modern" BIE's.
And yes, submit to COC as a BIE.
Words of encouragement are one of the major food groups.
We need to consume them regularly to thrive and grow.

JC...I got a bit confused when looking for this coin. I see there are two listed as -021:
LDB4-1994-021 4DL+
LDB4-1994-021 4F+
I don't think these are the same die but with different extents, so shouldn't this new one be -022? Or maybe I don't understand the numbering scheme.
