Good One! 1994 BIE in my personal collection is a tough find...
the newest BIE I have found is from the 1950's.

I just check Cuds on Coins and seen they only have listings for 1994 IIB and no BIE if I am not mistaken.

I agree with TACC. There aren't many "modern" BIE's.

And yes, submit to COC as a BIE.
Words of encouragement are one of the major food groups.
We need to consume them regularly to thrive and grow.
