In fact it's listed in Strike It Rich 4th addition, page 249. You would be wise to have it graded and attributed. Here's a copy of the page for you. Great find. ErrorsRCool. There are some DDO's for 1996 but not many. This is what I noticed on the 1996 LM cent. Can you get a closeup of the date and LIBERTY? EDIT: Forgot to include my red circle on your image.
