I think it's AU RB.

Very nice! I like the mid-AU range for it.

It depends on the field luster and whether or not it cartwheels. I can't read the luster from these pictures. Looks like it's very lightly stained, especially the obverse. If it exhibits strong luster, I lean toward mint state. There's hardly a tick on this coin. That's always amazing for an AU example. Even the rims don't show like a circulated coin. I lean toward MS.

Not seeing any cartwheel effect so it probably isn't an MS finish.

Those pics aren't really helpful.

What kind of light are you using? It appears to be diffused rather than direct. Luster does not pickup well with diffused light, I abandoned it over 10 years ago. With the correct direct light the luster will come out.

Notice how the cartwheel spokes come out in the 10 & 2 areas with direct light. I also recommend using a white background (I use a piece of copy paper) so we can gauge your white balance. It helps with the "mental calibration" in the determination of the color.

I use a home made copy stand(black pipe mounted to a base and the SmallRig Super Clamp Kit connected to my camera)and some flex arm lights. I use the sony app image edge to connect to my computer and and I can move the lights to get the best photos and control the camera from my computer. The photos are all stored on my computer so I can pick the best ones. I have the sony zv-e10 and a sony A7Rii so far but I'm buying the sony 6700 as an upgrade to my zv e10.
