I agree with VF+. The obverse area around the date and behind the hair may have some damage? It's a bit out of focus so hard to tell for sure.

It looks lightly cleaned but should straight grade. It's close to XF but not quite there imo. If the marks behind the hair are not into the surface (like divots) then it's okay.

BH1964, the marks behind the head are not divots thankfully. They appear to be light scrapes.
