I'd submit it for certification. What is the Lowest Graded for the date? Straight-graded PR-1 Draped Busts are scarce. I got this for $4 from ebay; it has to be an 1813 S-292, so it's not hopeless for a Pr-1

1803 S-261. That obv die was the one that was later used to create the 1804 restrike cent. Key identifying feature is a strong arc crack on the obv from 9:00 to 6:00 that bisects the date. It is strongest toward 6:00 and can clearly be seen on your coin.
