But with a mintage of a mere 78 coins I doubt I will ever see one in my lifetime. And I am still trying to figure out why in the heck this thing only graded a 64 Report this Post to the Staff

That makes sense looking at your images. I thought the 62 might have been a 58 market graded to 62 but a 63 sounds right. PCGS offers imaging services called TruView.
