as much as I love the St Gaudens coins I still would love to have this coin also. But with a mintage of a mere 78 coins I doubt I will ever see one in my lifetime. And I am still trying to figure out why in the heck this thing only graded a 64

Hi I checked with PCGS today and it has graded an MS62....I am certainly pleased with that! Thank you for everyones help.

A 63! That makes sense looking at your images. I thought the 62 might have been a 58 market graded to 62 but a 63 sounds right.

PCGS offers imaging services called TruView. For a coin like yours it would be worth the cost but I'm not sure how much you'd have to pay.
